New Foldable Screen developed , consumes upto 90% less power

News is out, recently featured n tv channel ndtv good times , the screen incorporates a new sort of polymer technology, A prototype mobile device was shown and it looked pretty promising to me, though i didnt feel the screen was good enough for video's of high quality, but excellent for reading text and displaying non moving images, Also an important feature thats sure to amaze you is, the screen only needs the power only when the display is changed, i.e. if you open a web page, current is only drawn from the battery when opening the page, once it is displayed on the screen , the image stays on the screen and needs no further current to be drawn from the battery, untill you display something else. Excellent for business use. Imagine a product with a usage time of 100hrs for text and non-moving data
